Let's Go To The Floating Village of Kampong Phluk

We just returned from visiting the temples in Krong Siem Reap, had lunch and took a short nap. My friend picked me up again the same day at 3pm to Kampong Phluk the floating village at Tonle Sap river. It’s about 32km. from Krong Siem Reap to Kampong Phluk tourism site. We will have to visit Preah Ko and Bakong temple first as they are along the way to Kampong Phluk. It’s a village and commune south of Krong Siem Reap. We need to buy a ticket for boat ride. The ticket for local people is USD18 (USD9 each as we have 2 people). We need to drive another 3km. or 15min from the community ticket booth to the boat. We can enjoy the boat ride along the stream sightseeing the nature and villages built on stilts on the Tonle Sap. I flew my drone up in the sky to see Kampong Phluk village from the sky. It’s a great place to visit and the most tourist attraction and destination.
